To access an account created on our old website, please follow the steps below to reset your account password and login on our new website.

Step-1 : Click on “My account” Link in the top menu.

Step-2: Click on “Lost your password?” link at the bottom of login form.

Step-3 : Insert Email address OR username which is linked to your account and click on “Reset Password” button.

Step-4 : Check your email “Inbox” or “Spam” folder and find the password reset request email with Subject “Password Reset Request for Kubota Parts Australia”.

Step-5 : In Email click on “Click here to reset your password” link.

Step-6 : On the My-Account page. insert you new Password and re-enter new password for confirmation. Note: Your new password should be at least twelve characters long and include symbols like ! ” ? $ % ^ & ).

Step-7 : You can now use your new password (old email or username) to log in to your account on our new website.

Please note, the “Forgot Password” feature will not work for users who are already logged in to your account.
